The Barbados Football Association (BFA) was founded in 1910
and celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2010.

Barbados – The Barbados Football Association
(BFA) today announced the appointment of Kent Hall as Interim BFA Technical Director.
With over 15 years coaching experience,
Kent has trained as a Coach Educator with both FIFA and Concacaf, is a Concacaf B-License holder, former
Assistant Coach to Russell Latapy, and a former National Senior player.
He
has worked across the broad spectrum of football in Barbados both on and off
the field, from Under-9s all the way through to Senior football, including
Premier League.
He is also currently the National
Senior Men’s Head Coach.
Aligning
with Hall’s transition is the additional appointment of National Under-14 Boy’s and Under-15 Girl’s Head Coach
Fitzgerald Carter, as the Interim BFA
Head of Coaching Education.
Carter
is also notably the BFA FIFA Talent
Development Scheme (TDS) Project Officer and BFA Talent Coach.
The BFA
confirmed both Interim appointments will take effect immediately, as the
recruitment process for a permanent BFA Technical Director continues.
